We kept things simple, that's how.
Everyone who makes ozone generators knows that ozone corrodes electronic components. Problem is that electrical parts need to use metal, and nobody makes an ozone proof switch, mother board, relay, etc. Thus, a side business evolved for ozone generator vendors, fixing and maintaining the machines that in time would eventually come home to roust. Our ozone machines do not have any "prone to fail" parts; they're basically a high voltage power transformer, a high voltage ozone elment, an impedence protected 4.5" AC 110 CFM cooling fan, and a grounded electrical box that features a UL listed power cord, fuse holder, and a 100% ozone proof solid oak and stainless steel cabinet. Inspiration Behind our "Keep it Simple" Design
Why did we choose solid oak and stainless steel for our cabinets? The inspiration, the original "made in the USA" TV's and Stereo's created back in the day when things were made by Americans to last a lifetime vs. the dog do-do they feed us today that is designed to fall apart so that you have to keep feeding the monster! (WalMart) At some point in time this country lost its way and decided that cheap, plastic, and made in a 3rd world country was the way to go. International Bankers and Corporations decided long ago that there was no money to be made with designs that would last a lifetime. As you can tell, we're not big fans of the Intl. types that have been driving our bus (the USA) towards a cliff for quite some time. Regarding ozone generators, because of the "nature of the beast", vendors of ozone machines decided there was money to be made fixing and maintaining said ozone machines, so what the hay, no need to change their design! Enter Ozone Generator USA. The owner had a vision that someday, his ozone machines might just become "must have" survival gear given the fact they can operate on as little as 50 watts (3600 mg/h models) and most importantly, the end user can easily fix and maintain them should anything ever go wrong. When it came time to design a line of "ForeverOzone" machines, the old fashoned TV's and Radio's made of solid oak with flip open tops was the inspiration to our units design. The result, the worlds first "'forever" ozone machines.
