Ozone Generator USA LLC, the makers of the "ForeverOzone" (tm) brand of Ozone Generators, follows the "Keep it Simple" rule in every aspect of their business, including the "legal" issues.  We understand we live in a litigious society, but we also understand that it's not fair to "beat" customers out of what is promised on a web site with tricky "terms of sale" technicalities, therefore, we don't offer any!  All terms of sale can be found here, in plain English, in no uncertain terms. This is how we wish to be treated so this is how we treat our customers. 

LIFETIME WARRANTY

All of our ozone generators feature a lifetime warranty power source, the most expensive part of our ozone generators.  It's a "bearer" warranty, in other words, whomever has possession of one of our ozone generators is automatically the warranty owner, regardless of who purchased the machine.  In the future, if the government outlaws ozone generators, we'll simply delete our customer files yet the lifetime warranty will still be in effect because it is a "bearer warranty" not contingent on a registration card, etc. If your ForeverOzone (tm) power source ever fails, contact us Ozone Generator USA LLC for return shipping instructions.  Simple as that.

ALL OTHER PARTS:  The ozone element inside our ozone generators are rated for 10,000 hours at 40% humidity.  At 100% humidity, they only last around 1 month.  Replacements are for sale for $15 plus $2 shipping.   The 110CFM AC Fan by Mechotronics comes with a 1 year warranty and is rated for 10,000 hours as well.  If your fan fails within the 1st year, call us for a free replacement. After that, you can buy one in our store for $26 which includes S&H.  Those are the only 2 other working parts in our ozone generator.  The Oak Cabinet and Stainless Steel nuts, screws, hinges, and grill will last a lifetime under normal conditions. 

THIRD PART PARTS:  We utilize a number of third party parts, for instance the 20" box fan, UL listed 40' extension cord, ceramic based UL listed surge protector, and timers in our Turbo Ozone Blaster models.  Those parts come with a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer.  Contact us if they fail within the 1st year of sale and we'll instruct you on how to procure a free replacement.

Everything we sell comes with a one week money back guarantee, plenty of time to find out if our ozone generators perform as advertised.  Because we rent ozone generators, and we don't want our customers to circumvent our rental program by returning our machines within a short period of time, any "Money Back Guarantee" returns will be charged the appropriate rental fee for the amount of time in question. Ozone Generator USA LLC is a Wyoming Corporation with manufacturing facilities in Las Vegas NV.  We ship via USPS and Fedex with Delivery Confirmation.   We can ship to 3rd parties.  We use a merchant account that accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, Paypal which also accepts AMEX and checks, Google Checkout, and personal checks and Money Orders for payment.
